When does the challenge start?

You start on your own schedule — this is fully self-paced. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive your workbook and Day 1 content within 24 hours.

How much time does it take each day?

Each day is designed to take 10–20 minutes. Some days are lighter (a reflection prompt), others go deeper. It fits around a busy life.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens. The programme is designed so you can pick right back up. There's no penalty — just keep going. Progress over perfection, always.

How does the VIP payment plan work?
